All orders are dispatched same day if placed before 1.30pm, otherwise next day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. During busy periods, such as Christmas, please allow for potential delays due to high order volumes.

FREE postage on all orders over $65 to Australia

$8.90 postage on all other orders to Australia

$4.90 upgrade to express shipping on orders over $65 to Australia

$11.90 express postage on orders under $65

International Rates

New Zealand - all prices in NZD

FREE postage on all orders over $55 

$12.30 postage on all other orders

$5.50 upgrade to express shipping on orders over $55

$16.72 express postage on orders under $55

United States - All prices in USD

FREE postage on all orders over $90

$5.20 postage on all other orders

$6.50 upgrade to express shipping on orders over $90

Flat rate $25 postage. For express postage please send an email to info@cooloolaliving.com.au and we can arrange this

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cooloolaliving.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
