Shipping

What are your delivery times?

We dispatch all orders same day if placed before 1.30pm, or otherwise next business day.

Most Australian orders sent with standard postage will arrive within 3-5 business days. Rural areas can take up to 10 business days.

Most Australian orders sent with express postage will arrive within 1-2 business days. Rural areas can take up to 4 business days.

How much will shipping cost?

Standard Shipping on Australian orders is $8.90 per order. Shipping is free on orders over $65

Express shipping is $11.90 or $4.90 on orders over $65

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. Shipping prices and time estimates can be seen on our shipping page.

My Order

I need multiple items for an event. Do you offer a discount?

Yes, we can offer discounts for large orders. For example, we often have cotton bathrobe purchased for bridesmaids. Please email us at info@cooloolaliving.com with the item and quantity you would like.

Can orders be cancelled?

If you have made an error while placing your order please contact us immediately at info@cooloolaliving.com. We may be able to amend the issue if it is not yet dispatched. However, we aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible so this may not be possible. Please take care in placing your order as Cooloola Living cannot be held responsible for errors made by buyer.

What if I receive an incorrect or faulty product?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is at our discretion to determine if it is a fault, and in this case a replacement will be offered. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase. All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.

What if I receive my product and have a change of mind?

We want to ensure our customers love every item they recieve. If you have a change of mind we can offer an exchange or store credit. Full details of our return policy can be found here

Product

How do I care for my product?

Individual product care information can be found on each product page. As a general rule, blockprinted textiles require special care due to the natural dyes used. Most items can be washed on a gentle wash cycle using a mild laundry liquid. If you require further information about caring for your item please contact us at info@cooloolaliving.com

Will this item get restocked?

We practise slow fashion, meaning we produce our products on a small scale to minimise overproduction and wastage. Consequently, we may have items out of stock from time to time. If an item you want is out of stock, please email us so we are aware of the interest and may be able to restock the item. We will notify you if it becomes available again.

Why does my sarong have a slight crunchy feel?

Occasionally, a starch based iron aid is used to iron sarongs before they are dispatched. If your sarong has a slight crunchy feel, please run it through a gentle washing cycle. It will then have the super soft feel you love and will continue getting softer with each wash.
