Refund policy

At Cooloola Living, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  • You have 14 days from when your order is posted to contact us about a return.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are available for change-of-mind returns.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: We offer replacements or refunds if a replacement is unavailable.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • For block-printed items, small imperfections are part of their charm and uniqueness and do not qualify as faults.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@cooloolaliving.com with your order details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Once approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your return.
  3. Items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Refunds & Postage Costs

  • Change of Mind:

    • Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
    • Postage costs for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
    • Original postage costs will not be refunded
  • Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
    • If approved, we’ll cover the return postage and provide a replacement or a refund if a replacement isn’t available.

European Union Customers

EU customers have 14 days to cancel or return orders for any reason under the EU cooling-off period. Items must meet our general return criteria.


Excessive Returns

We monitor returns for misuse. Excessive returns may be flagged and refused at our discretion.
